How to measure your window?
Take a measurement across from wall to wall on the top of the recess, that's your width.
Now take another measurement vertically in the center of the recess, that's your drop.
Please do not take anything off your measurement to allow for brackets etc. Our system automatically does it for you.

Now take another measurement vertically in the center of the window to the lenght you would like your blind to cover, that's your drop.

What is ROOM and ID?
When you order more than one blind you want to know which is which when they arrive.
ROOM examples: John's Room, Board Room, Mary's office.
In case of ordering a few blinds for the same room, ID will help you know which is which.
ID examples: 1, 2, Window behind the desk, Window on the right of the door.
How to measure your door?
Take a measurement across and decide on the width of the fabric you need, add 40mm to the measurement, that's your width. Now take another measurement vertically in the center of the door and decide on how long you need your blind to be, that's your drop.
Please make sure there is at least 40mm each side of where the fabric would be to allow bracket's to be fitted to the door.
Why do you need Installation Height?
Installation height is the distance between the floor (ground) and top of the blind.
We need this measurement to make sure the chain is easy to reach and that the chain lenght meets the safety legistlation requirements.

What is the base colour of the fabric?
The base fabric colour is WHITE for both Screen and Blackout option. When you change the background colour, this colour will be printed on to the white fabric.
Please remember that the back of the blind will be white even if the front is printed with different colour.

What difference does it make?
In most cases it is just an individual preference. You have to make sure that the chain will be easily accessable, that there is no furniture that may be blocking your access to operate the blind.
Please remember to check for any obstructions on the window when deciding on which side the chain will be.
What colour are the chain and brackets?
The components are white. The chain is plastic to assure longevity and a consistent white look to the blind, matching the base colour of the fabric.

What does is matter which way the blind is facing?
We need to know this to make sure the blind rolls in the proper direction.
If your blind is facing out, please make sure you allowed an extra margin for frames when designing your blind.
Do you put your logo on my blind?
We print a tiny logo on the bottom bar section of the blind, the logo is approx 15mm high and 45mm wide.
